A VAT ID or tax number is required for an invoice address outside Germany. This depends on the country of the address selected under “Invoices to”. When updating an application, leaving this field blank preserves the tax number already submitted.

For dF, dSF and MLV, at least one applicable prior qualification is required. The required evidence is shown under Documents.
Documents

PDF files only, up to 20 MB per file and 90 MB in total. Combine multi-page evidence into one PDF for each document type. After a form error, you must select the files again. Valuation reports must be no more than two years old on the requested examination date.

Please submit your IHK qualification certificate or evidence of your academic degree. Part-time continuing education, seminar attendance certificates and internal certificates cannot be accepted.
Proof of professional experience, e.g. employment references or a list of valuation reports. Upload the signed employer's declaration in the separate field.
Three valuation reports
Combine the evidence for your prior qualifications. For dSF with ISO/IEC 17024, also include confirmation of ongoing successful supervision (no more than six months old).
For dSF, ID and qualification certificates are only required if HypZert does not already hold them.

HypZert S: If you have been employed by your current employer for less than three years, include a reference from your previous employer confirming that your work was predominantly in valuation.

HypZert F/Delta: If your current employer cannot confirm the entire required period, also submit a reference from your previous employer. For university graduates: five years of practical experience in real estate, including three years in property valuation within the eight years before applying. For practitioners: eight years of practical experience in real estate, including five years in property valuation within the ten years before applying.

Three market and mortgage lending valuation reports covering the property types specified for your certification.
Three market and mortgage lending valuation reports for commercial, industrial or mixed-use properties, including at least one operational or management property.
Three market valuation reports or valuation reviews using internationally accepted methods or covering properties abroad.
Complete this only when uploading a police clearance certificate. Its issue date must be within the last six months.
