Through the 'Round Table Valuation' project, HypZert brings together experts from various countries to discuss current issues relating to real estate valuation and develop practical solutions from different national perspectives.
The project's core idea is to create a digital, international knowledge platform that provides transparency on valuation issues and makes valuation approaches comparable in an international context. This exchange results in a kind of 'digital study letter'. The structure of the platform is based on the structure of expert reports.
In addition to the core European countries and the United Kingdom, fundamental valuation topics for the US will also be covered initially. In future, the platform will be expanded to include other current and fundamental topics (including ESG and mortgage lending value).

With the HypZert Alumni Programme, we would like to thank experienced valuers who have been certified for many years and who are now retiring.

Our HypZert exchange programme is designed to give valuers the opportunity to get to know the special features of other real estate markets and valuation methods practically and on site.
