Prüfungstermine können nicht gebucht werden, sondern werden von der HypZert zugeteilt und Ihnen in Ihrer Einladung zur Prüfung mitgeteilt.

HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Financial Purposes (accredited by DAkkS)

HypZert F certification focuses on market and mortgage lending value analyses for all national standard and special properties (management/operator properties).

Admission requirements

University degree

Successful completion of a degree at a university or a university of applied sciences or at another tertiary eduation institution (academy), provided that their content and level of teaching is comparable to that of a university or a university of applied sciences

and

at least five years work experience in the real estate industry,
of which three years in real estate valuation
within the last eight years before the application is submitted

Applicants with several years of professional experience (previously: Practitioner), i.e.

at least eight years work experience in the real estate sector,
of which five years in real estate valuation
within the last ten years before the application is submitted
- Work experience in the real estate industry in the above sense means a person’s main professional activity, i.e. an intensive practical activity in the field of the valuation of developed and undeveloped real estate and rights equivalent to real estate (leasehold and property rights). The practical activity must be such that the basic knowledge of economics, technology, law and other areas named in the examination catalogue is learned.

Certification examination

Structure and duration of the written examination:

Part I: Valuation (market value and mortgage lending value) of a mixed-use property and a (predominantly) commercial property (incl. special properties)

Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Part II: Plausibility check of an incorrect mortgage lending report

Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Part III: Answering of individual questions on different topics from the examination catalogue

Duration: 2 hours.

Structure and duration of the oral examination:

The prerequisite for admission to the oral examination is passing the written examination. The examination is usually taken by a board of three examiners. The examination is not open to the public.

The areas tested are based on the examination catalogue. The duration of the examination is 30 minutes for individual examinations and 60 minutes for group examinations with two participants.

One-off participation in the written and oral examination: 3,750 €

Repetition of the written examination: 2.000 €

Repetition of the oral examination: 700 €

Annual monitoring fee: 740 €
