Since autumn 2006, the HypZert Professional Group Retail has been dealing with the valuation of all types of retail real estate and in 2007 published its first study "Valuation of Retail Properties", which has since been continuously updated and expanded to include new topics. From discounters to shopping centers, dealing with tenant serviceability or changes in the market, especially due to online trading - here all developments are discussed and prepared for the valuers. We have good news for you: the current study, which has again been enriched with a number of new topics, will be published in January 2020.
