Topic of the meeting:

"The effects of the Affordable rent Act on the Dutch residential rental market". The presentation will be held by a real estate research specialist from CBRE.

William Groen (Berlin Hyp) and Roderick Smorenburg (CBRE) will lead the discussion. 

The presentation and discussion will be done in English.

The event will be held on site, so you can only participate in person.

Schedule:

• 15:30 - 16:00: start event
• 16:00 - 16:15: introduction HypZert
• 16:15 - 17:15: presentation (effects Affordable Rent Act / Wet betaalbare huur) on valuations.
• 17:15 - 18:00: networking & drinks
• 18:00 - 21:00: diner
