We are pleased to invite you to our next meeting on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in Stockholm. 

The presenters will be:

• Sofia Hansdotter from Sveriges Allmänytta (the organization for municipality owned apartments, not social housing): "A divided housing market at the Public housing companies in Sweden - Demand and vacancies in a changing demographic landscape and the challenges that come along with the situation"
• Sven Drefahl from Stockholm University, "Understanding Swedish Population Forecasts: Recent Revisions and Future Uncertainties"

The presentation and discussion will be done in English.

The event will be held on site, so you can only participate in person.

Schedule:

• 15:45: Walk-In @pbb
• 16:00: 1st presentation by Sven – Topic: Understanding Swedish Population Forecasts: Recent Revisions and Future Uncertainties (ca. 45 min + questions 10 min = 50-55 min)
• 17:00: 2nd presentation by Sofia – Topic: A divided housing market at the Public housing companies in Sweden - Demand and vacancies in a changing demographic landscape and the challenges that comes along with the situation. (ca. 15 min + questions 10 min = 20-25 min)
• 17:30: 3rd time for questions + come together with some drinks (provided by pbb) (ca. 45 min)
• 18:15: 150 m walk to the restaurant “Spesso” (address: Malmskillnadsgatan 38B, 111 57 Stockholm, Schweden)
• 18:30: Dinner / reservation time

Registration is possible until October 12, 2025 or until the maximum number of participants is reached.

Participation in the event is recognized by the HypZert as CPD with 0.33 days. This invitation applies also to all members of other HypZert regional groups.
