2pm – 4pm: Visit of Campus Arboretum

Arboretum, 125,000 m² of offices and services, is the largest campus in Europe largely built from wood, for a minimal carbon footprint. In France, it is the largest tertiary complex labeled BBCA (Low Carbon Building) level Excellent and level E2C2 of the E+C- label.

4pm – 6 pm : Determination of the capitalisation rate
